Trading Secondary CERs from Hydropower Projects above 20MW (2008), by Climate Focus’ Legal Team. Climate Focus has developed a memorandum that examines the issue of recognizing CERs from hydropower projects above 20MW (“Hydro CERs”) in the EU. Hydro CERs, at present, are mutually recognized and thus freely tradable on the EU ETS.
